"Goals are individual and not universal"

Growing up and being raised by amazing humble parents, meant growing up dreaming, tough, thankful and blessed. It is thanks to them who taught not just to be happy with what we had but to make the best of everything, and to always strive to be the best version of myself.   Growing up I discovered different ways to not only challenge myself but find joy in physical activities, I was active and competitive in playing soccer, baseball and boxing throughout my childhood and even now.

My goal has always been to be healthy, happy and in constant growth and progress. Accountability was crucial in my journey and my tactics are simple, fuel your body, work hard and stay consistent. I discovered fitness is not a punishment but a blessing, nutrition isn't restrictive; its healing, and health is not a one-size-fits-all, it is all hard work but always worth it. My personal growth and progress continues but to be able to guide someone in their journey and partake in their own personal growth is golden and a privilege.
